Yoga is an experience of practice, It's a journey anyone can walk through, acceptable for any body, age and feelings. I've been taught by yoga that balance is created by calm, redinace to explore. Yoga is a a new experience every single moment.
Yoga is not a physical practice, but the practice of the self. It's the optimal way to isolate yourself from outside noises and concentrate on yourself only.
Yoga for me is freedom- to live in the moment, listen and explore the movement.
The connection of the sea and yoga is naturally for me, allow me the optimal freedom to connect myself and the sea.
Yoga for me is a way of living, allowing me to look deeply into my soul and expoesed the beauty and the bright inside us, and creating inner peace and happiness.
